Founder and President

Patrick, an Army veteran, brings over 25 years of experience as Chief of Staff to the c-suite, leading product R&D at a world leader in technology, and leading globally dispersed teams and customers through highly complex projects and services. He is comfortable leading tactical teams in the execution of complex operations as he is working with Senior Leadership Teams performing strategic planning and interpreting research and data sets to present data-driven perspectives.

As the Founder and President of Kamm Advisory Partners, Patrick strives to differentiate his team from other firms through accountable, ego-less leadership and building a culture of “Team” both within Kamm Advisory Partners and with clients. Patrick will always take the call and clients can rely on his tip-of-the-spear leadership in any situation.

Pat is an inspirational combat military veteran and seasoned technology and operations executive with over 25 years living, leading and partnering with teams all over the globe. Pat has held executive roles at industry leaders with globally dispersed teams. His ability to navigate the board room, the war room and the field is second to none. Pat has developed long, and mid-range strategic plans and developed frameworks to ensure plans are adjusted and goals met based on ever changing conditions. Pat has advised and led teams through major organizational transformations, and has the ability to find that elusive, common language between business units that ultimately drives collaboration and develops a culture of “team”.
